INSTRUCTIONS
Simply
use Microsoft Excel or OpenOffice (which
is free!) to create a Comma-Separated Values (CSV)
File.
Below are sample
CSV files for reference. Remember, the fields must match exactly,
so follow the guide precisely. For easy formatting of the templates:
FILE UPLOAD FORMATTING
-
Files must be sent in a comma-separated file format with the extension ".csv".
-
If information for a field is not available, leave the field blank, but include a comma.
-
You may include a row at the top with the field headers listed below. Wrap text items in quotes (""). This ensures that text values can be understood without complications.
-
All images (agent photos, property photos, and floor plans) must be hosted on your own website.
-
When submitting both image and agency URLs, you must include the prefix "http://".
-
Photos must be of the file extension jpg or gif .
-
If you would prefer Mwendo to host your property images, please use our
manual submission form.
FIELD DEFINITIONS
Only include fields that are available for the type of listing you are submitting (i.e., rental, residential real estate, vacation home, commercial sale, or commercial lease). If you do not wish to include data in a required field, leave it blank with (""). Please refer to the templates above as a guide. If you have any questions, please contact
us.
