For properties offering a Reward, a Conversation Keyword is a verification word you must request from individuals offering the property. Once obtained, enter the Conversation Keyword into the Claim Codes area of My Mwendo.

Once entered, it indicates your interest in leasing/purchasing a property and their commitment to provide a Reward at the stated amount displayed at the time of your initial conversation should you decide to complete the lease/purchase transaction. It does not signify your pledge to lease/purchase the property, but ensures your ability to receive the Reward for the current amount at the time of initial interaction should you decide to proceed with a transaction.

For Poster:

When offering a Reward, the Conversation Keyword is a verification word that you create and share with any prospective tenant/buyer so Mwendo knows that some initial communication has been made by the two parties. It signifies a commitment by you to offer the promised Reward offering for the amount displayed at the time of the initial interaction should a lease/purchase agreement be made with that tenant/buyer. If you are a frequent user, be sure to change your Conversation Keyword at least every 30 days for security purposes.
