The My Mwendo control panel provides a host of additional features to registered members.

My Mwendo Home
The main area displays all your active listings and provides links to other member exclusive areas. The active listings area allows you to:

• View your current active listings
• Edit the listing’s information
• Add/edit photographs and images associated with each listing
• Create a Reward offering
• Upgrade to a Featured Listing
• Delete listings

	Add Listing
	This area allows you to add a new individual or bulk listings. For registered members, individual listings will have the user information fields pre-populated and no listing confirmation is required.
	Saved Searches
	Registered users may access previously created property searches. Members may choose to manage the email updates of saved searches or run them immediately to see any new matching property listings.
	Favorites
	Here members may access a list of their favorite listings. However, once the property is sold or the Poster removes it from the system, the listing will no longer be available.
	Edit Personal Profile
	Here members may edit personal information. You may also add/edit your wireless phone number as to receive SMS copies of property addresses and Claim Codes for easy retrieval while on the go.
	Claim Codes
	Here, both Posters and prospective tenant/home buyers may monitor the progress of any interaction or Reward claim requests. Visit Claim Codes and Reward process for more information.
	Personal Notes
	Every listing has a Notepad area where registered users may write personal comments regarding the listing. Here, members may review or edit those personal notes. However, once the property is sold or the Poster removes it from the system, the listing will no longer be available.
	Communications
	This area stores both Email and Message Board correspondences.
	Default Reward Settings
	Mwendo offers cash rewards to prospective tenants and homebuyers on select properties in gratitude for using our service. If a Poster wishes for us to provide a Reward upon sale or lease for all their property listings, this area allows the creation of global reward settings across all their listings. If a Poster wishes to create a Reward for just one listing or to create a larger or smaller Reward than the others, he or she may edit a listing individually by visiting the main area of My Mwendo which displays all active listings.
	Hidden Listings
	This area allows members to manage all listings they have requested to be hidden from search results. You may deselect a listing to allow it to reappear in searches. Hidden listings disappear from this list when they have been removed by the Poster.
	Archived Listings
	All previously created individual listings are stored in this area for quick and easy retrieval and activation. This way, one that old tenant or roommate moves out, you don’t need to re-type the property and listing information!
	Conversation Keyword
	Conversation Keywords are used to manage the Reward process. If you plan on creating a listing, it’s a good idea to create a Conversation Keyword first. For more information, click here.
