Each listing contains a bevy of information and options enable you to make an informed decision in leasing or purchasing a property.

Overview Tab
This area displays the general property description, features, and amenities. From here you may also send a message to the listing creator or Poster.

Messages
Messages sent via the form on the Overview page are sent directly to the Poster. These messages are “double-blind.” That is, your email address will not be shared with the Poster. Likewise, when the Poster responds, his or her email address will not appear in the ‘From’ field. Each listing receives a unique email address which appears on responses.

Notepad Panel
Here registered users may write personal comments regarding each listing for future reference. Stored notes are placed in the Personal Notes area of My Mwendo .


Reward Info. Panel
To obtain a Claim Code for a Reward , press either of the links in this panel.

• Print Claim Code generates a printable form the prospective tenant/homebuyer may present to the Poster when communicating or visiting the property to demonstrate an interest claim a Reward should a transaction occur.
• SMS Claim Code accomplishes the same goal, but allows you to maintain a paperless copy that may be retrieved from your wireless mobile device when visiting the property.
