It's absolutely free to post a listing on Mwendo! Listings without photos may be posted for a period of 30 days at no charge. You may renew an unlimited number of times for free, as well.
Mwendo charges a nominal fee for each photograph you include with your listing. Photo listing rates differ according to the listing type and the country where the property is located. Remember, listings with photos receive a higher response rate than those without pictures. Select a country from the drop down box to view its monthly photo rates:
Mwendo seeks to make life a bit easier for real estate professionals, landlords, and property management companies via our new bulk listing upload feature. Now you can submit dozens or even hundreds of property listings with a simple click of a button. Manual Bulk Listings use a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file to create and upload the listings. Mwendo charges a nominal fee for each listing uploaded by this method simply to discourage abuse, the creating of spam listings, or multiple occurrences of the same property. Roommate and sublet listings cannot be created by this method. Select a country from the drop down box to view its rates:
Adding a Featured Listing promotion makes your property stand apart from all others within the search results. A prominent blue banner will direct prospective tenant/homebuyers to your property and increase the likelihood of a sale or lease.
This option may be added during the creation of a listing or anytime afterwards. Mwendo charges a nominal fee based upon the listing type and duration of the promotion. See below for current rates:
Mwendo values its clients! In gratitude for using its service to locate, identify, and purchase/lease a property, Mwendo offers rewards on select properties. The availability and amount of the reward is determined by the individual who created the listing (“the Poster”). The Poster creates the award offering to increase the visibility and appeal of the listing within the search results. Mwendo charges a promotional fee on select properties that choose to offer a reward. Click here for more information on the Reward Process.
When a listing is created, the Poster may associate a reward to increase its appeal to the general public. Several reward option types exist:
Property Sales (Home and Commercial Sales)
Create a Percentage Reward – The Poster may select to offer a reward based upon the percentage of the sale price. The poster may choose any percentage of the sale price from 0.10% to 6.0% in increments of 0.10%.
Use Mwendo’s Default Fixed Rate Reward – The Poster selects a set fixed amount determined by Mwendo.
Do not offer Rewards – The Poster chooses to provide no reward.

Use Mwendo’s Basic Rate – The Poster selects a set fixed amount determined by Mwendo.

Mwendo charges a processing fee for each reward if and only if the property is sold or leased to a customer who located the listing and claims the reward through this website. The amount of the processing fee depends upon the type reward option type selected and the amount of the reward offered.
If the Poster selects Mwendo’s reward rate, the processing fee is a fixed amount.
If the Poster selects the amount of the reward, the processing fee has two components:
Fixed Component – A fixed value associated with the property listing type.
Percentage Component – A percentage of the reward amount chosen by the Poster.
Mwendo provides an open platform to display real estate (residential and commercial), apartment, roommate, sublet, and vacation home listings whereby the Offerer may provide cash rewards to potential tenants and homebuyers.
