Mwendo values its clients! In gratitude for using its service to locate, identify, and purchase/lease a property, Mwendo offers rewards on select properties. The availability and amount of the reward is determined by the individual who created the listing (“the Poster”). The Poster creates the award offering to increase the visibility and appeal of the listing within the search results. Mwendo charges a promotional fee on select properties that choose to offer a reward. Click here for more information on the Reward Process.

When a listing is created, the Poster may associate a reward to increase its appeal to the general public. Several reward option types exist:

• Property Sales (Home and Commercial Sales)
• Create a Percentage Reward – The Poster may select to offer a reward based upon the percentage of the sale price. The poster may choose any percentage of the sale price from 0.10% to 6.0% in increments of 0.10%.
• Use Mwendo’s Default Fixed Rate Reward – The Poster selects a set fixed amount determined by Mwendo.
• Do not offer Rewards – The Poster chooses to provide no reward.
  
  
• Property Rentals (Apartment Rentals, Vacation Homes, Commercial Leases, Roommates, and Sublets)
• Let me select the rate – The Poster may choose the exact value of the reward amount.
• Use Mwendo’s Basic Rate – The Poster selects a set fixed amount determined by Mwendo.
• Do not offer Rewards – The Poster chooses to provide no reward.

Mwendo charges a Transaction Fees for each reward if and only if the property is sold or leased to a customer who located the listing and claims the reward through this website. The amount of the Transaction Fees depends upon the type reward option type selected and the amount of the reward offered.

If the Poster selects Mwendo’s reward rate, the processing fee is a fixed amount.

If the Poster selects the amount of the reward, the Transaction Fees has two components:

• Service Fee – A fixed value associated with the property listing type.
• Processing Fee – A percentage of the reward amount chosen by the Poster.
