Search Results

The search results page is designed to allow you to quickly locate the ideal property in the shortest amount of time.

Gallery/Detailed View Button
This button toggles between displaying detailed listings or a gallery view. Detailed View provides more descriptive information per listing on the search results while Gallery View displays more listings per page but with less data displayed.

Mwendo Map
Mwendo Map places the matching search results on an interactive map. The icons indicate properties with the following traits:

Name This Search (Save Search)
Registered users may access previously created property searches. Saved Searches appear both in the Saved Search Panel and in My Mwendo. Members may choose to manage the email updates of saved searches or run them immediately to see any new matching property listings.

Listings Per Page
This allows you to select the maximum number of listings to display per page.

Sort By
• Photos: By the number of photographs
• Price: By the price
• Newest: By the date originally posted
• Distance: By distance from the city’s center

Search Criteria Panel
Allows you to quickly modify your current search criteria.

Saved Search Panel
Allows you to quickly access your saved searches.

Comparison Cart Panel
The Comparison Cart is designed to enhance your ability to quickly evaluate multiple properties against each other. Each listing in the search result has a checkbox that may be selected.

When checked, the listing appears in the Comparison Cart.

Press the “Compare” button to view all the selected listings side-by-side. Press the “Clear” button to remove all listings. Press the “X” to remove a particular listing from the comparison cart.
